Hilltop Cafe was founded by Nesssib Negusse who had an idea to bring the Ethiopian culture coffee with nutritious foods. He is an owner of a catering company called ADS Catering for over 10+ years and recently celebrated 1 years of his restaurant Hilltop International Cuisine located in South Saint Paul.
